if your commission takes over 2 months with no updates, you are eligible for a refund

REFUNDS

you are not satisfied with the final piece
the artwork does not match what you expected
the commission is delayed over 2 months without updates
if you want a refund please explain me why, so I can improve my services

COMMUNICATION AND REVISIONS
please let me know clearly what you want, especially before I start rendering
the more specific you are the better I will be able to give you what you want
the lineart once approved stays as I sent it, the same with the rendering, if you didn't tell me what to change I won't do it
I sent the progress from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (United States time) if I have not sent anything by this time, I may be sleeping or the job is not ready yet
If i am busy and your drawing is not started or progressed i will let you know
I only speak english, spanish and russian, if you speak another language let me know! so we can agree on how to communicate
if I ask you if I can upload your commission (with a sample grid) to my social networks, feel free to say yes or no
Revisions:
you can request changes freely up until rendering starts because change the whole drawing one time it is already rendered it is a lot of more work
you can correct my work as long as it is not doing absolutely everything from scratch

you may post the artwork wherever you want (even if you request it for to be private)
credit is appreciated but not required, unless you are using it commercially
do not claim the work as your own
commercial use (e.g. selling prints, merch, using as branding) is not allowed without my explicit permission and additional fee
the artwork cannot be used for AI training/feeding
NFTs of my work it is prohibited
do not resale, trace or copy the artwork
